myHRguy was built to give small and medium businesses access to HR that’s practical, responsive and grounded in real-world experience.
I’ve spent more than 20 years in HR across transport, logistics, facilities services, engineering, retail, manufacturing and more - always staying connected to the realities of operational environments. I’ve held senior HR roles, worked as a contract consultant for large agencies, and partnered with a small family consultancy as their one of their HR advisors.
My career has taken me from London and Perth to Kununurra and Birdsville, but I’ve always ended up back where I feel most useful - in the operations side of the business. I prefer being alongside the people doing the real work, not floating at the top of a corporate hierarchy.
I’m a certified AHRI and CIPD professional with postgraduate qualifications, and throughout my career I’ve supported hundreds of leaders navigating real workforce challenges.
